What Is 23mm and Who Is It For
23mm is an online gaming platform offering Live Casino games, video slots, and virtual table games. Built primarily for users in Bangladesh, the platform prioritises the Bangla language and local familiarity across its interface, content, and support.
Every day, thousands of people turn to online gaming platforms for entertainment. Yet many of these platforms overlook the needs of users in Bangladesh — whether it's the language, payment options, or familiar game titles. 23mm is here to fill that gap.
Our platform offers familiar games like Casino Hold'em and Teen Patti, alongside international slots like Gorilla Mayhem. This variety is what makes 23mm a complete gaming destination.
Our Mission
Our goal is to create a safe, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for players in Bangladesh — one where every player can participate consciously and responsibly.

What Sets 23mm Apart
A number of specific features set 23mm apart from other online gaming platforms. We've outlined them in detail below.
Bangla-first design
All content, instructions, and support are available in Bangla. Even if your English isn't strong, using 23mm is no problem — everything from the menus to the game rules is in a familiar language.
Real-Time Live Casino
Play against real dealers via live video stream from a professional studio. Experience the thrill of watching a dealer in Casino Hold'em and Teen Patti — right from home.
Mobile-Optimised
Since most users in Bangladesh access the internet via smartphone, 23mm is designed to run smoothly on any device — no separate app download required.
Secure Transactions
All financial transactions are processed over encrypted connections. Keeping your personal data and payment information secure is our top technical priority.
Responsible Gaming tools
Tools such as deposit limits, session limits, self-timeouts, and permanent exclusion are all accessible directly from your account settings. Putting players in control is our top priority.
Diverse Game Selection
From the familiar Teen Patti to international titles like Gorilla Mayhem slots — there's something for every type of player. Whether you're a newcomer or a seasoned player, you'll find games suited to you.
The Principles That Guide 23mm
As a gaming platform, our role goes beyond just providing games — we believe it's our responsibility to maintain a transparent and honest relationship with every player.
Transparency
At 23mm, the House Edge, RTP, and rules for every game are visible before you start playing. We believe players deserve accurate information to make informed decisions. Bonus terms, withdrawal policies — everything is stated clearly.
No hidden charges, no vague terms — that's our commitment. Players are notified of any changes to the terms and conditions.
Security
Protecting players' personal and financial data is our technical responsibility. Through encrypted connections, secure payment gateways, and a rigorous identity verification process, 23mm works to keep every user's information safe.
If suspicious activity is detected on an account, we act immediately — not just to prevent fraud, but to protect honest players.
Responsible Gaming
Gaming can be addictive, and that's a real health concern — one we don't brush aside. That's why every page and every CTA on 23mm carries an 18+ warning and a responsible gaming reminder.
From deposit limits to permanent self-exclusion, our protection tools put control firmly in the player's hands. We believe gaming should be entertainment for everyone — not a source of problems.
Responsible Gaming GuidePlayer-Centred Service
The 23mm support team is dedicated to resolving player queries and issues. Whether it's a transaction problem, an account question, or a game rules enquiry, you can reach us at [email protected].
We treat every player as a valued individual — not just a user ID.
What types of games are available on 23mm
Our game lineup is divided into three main categories — Live Casino, slots, and virtual table games. Each category offers a distinct type of experience.
Live Casino section
Real dealers, real-time streams. Casino Hold'em and Teen Patti are the headline games in this category.
Slots Section
RNG-powered video slots. Various themed games including Gorilla Mayhem. Features include Wilds, Scatters, and Free Spins.
Virtual Table Games
Computer-driven table games without a live dealer. Play at your own pace.
After logging in, the game lobby displays all categories in one place. Newly added games are highlighted separately within the lobby.
Before starting any game, read the Paytable and rules. That's exactly what our guide pages are designed for.
Registration, Verification & Account Security
Opening an account at 23mm is straightforward, but the platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. You'll need to provide the required details during registration and complete the identity verification process (KYC).
Account Registration Process
Register with your name, email, phone number, and date of birth. Providing accurate information is mandatory — incorrect details may result in your account being suspended.
After registration, a verification code may be sent to your email or via SMS. Completing this step activates your account.
Before withdrawing, you may be required to submit a government-issued ID and proof of address. This process is in place for your financial security.
Once verification is complete, you can deposit funds and start playing your favourite games.
Set up your responsible gaming tools and security settings right after creating your account — you can do it later, but getting it done from the start is far more effective.
Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is a serious violation of our policy and may result in balance forfeiture.

Read our Privacy PolicyResponsible Gaming — 23mm's Commitment
As a gaming platform, our most important responsibility is ensuring our services never cause harm to our users. We recognise that gaming can be addictive and that for some people it can create real, serious problems.
That's why 23mm goes beyond just offering games — we also provide responsible gaming tools, awareness resources, and self-exclusion options. Every page carries an 18+ warning, and our Responsible Gaming section offers detailed guidance.
Deposit limit: Set your own deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly.
Session Limits: Keep each gaming session to a reasonable time limit.
Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and one month.
Permanent exclusion: The option to suspend or permanently close your account is always available.
Supporting a player in difficulty takes precedence over any business interest. If anyone feels gaming is having a negative impact on their life, their wellbeing always comes first.
Responsible Gaming Principles
Never think of gaming as a solution to financial problems.
Decide in advance how much time and money you are willing to spend.
Don't chase your losses by placing bigger bets to try to win back what you've lost.
Previous results have no effect on future outcomes.
If you're struggling, don't face it alone — make use of our protection tools.
23mm — Our Approach to the Gaming Experience in Bangladesh
Online gaming has become a significant part of the entertainment industry worldwide. In Bangladesh, the growing accessibility of smartphones and the internet means more people than ever are looking for quality online entertainment. 23mm aims to turn this opportunity into a responsible, high-standard service.
We've noticed that many users in Bangladesh don't get the full experience on international platforms — held back by language barriers, unfamiliar games, or inconvenient payment methods. 23mm aims to bridge that gap through Bangla content, familiar game titles, and straightforward navigation.

23mm is more than just a gaming platform — we've also built a comprehensive guide library. Each game category has its own detailed guide covering rules, strategies, and terminology, all explained in Bangla.
